Food Pairings for Middle Sister Red Blend California Rebel Red
Not bad, very dry red blend doesn't taste like much Zin is in there, more Merlot than anything
bacon, smoke and old leather.
gross, bacony, not good at all
A solid B (B+ depending on your mood, company and if you paid no more than $12). Definitely recommend letting it breathe before the first glass, but it's a nice table wine for a weekday night.
Actually a very nice, smooth table red with a slight sweetness.
Best red I have ever tasted. Nice smooth taste.
It was quite dry but not too dry to where I couldn't stand to drink it. I'm not a fan of dry wines.
Score: N/A Tasting Notes: This wine smells like ripe red and dark berry fruits like plum, blueberry and blackberry. Sassy dash of black and white pepper with a dollop of creme de cassis. It tastes like a huge mouthful of ripe summer berries. The fruit goes on and on, ending in a luxurious finish. It pairs well with roasts, grilled meats, pizza, pasta, salmon, burgers, burritos, soups and sandwiches. Web Site: Click Here
