Middle Sister Red Blend California Rebel Red 2010
Score: N/A Tasting Notes: This wine smells like ripe red and dark berry fruits like plum, blueberry and blackberry. Sassy dash of black and white pepper with a dollop of creme de cassis. It tastes like a huge mouthful of ripe summer berries. The fruit goes on and on, ending in a luxurious finish. It pairs well with roasts, grilled meats, pizza, pasta, salmon, burgers, burritos, soups and sandwiches. Web Site: Click Here
Because we remember swim lessons and day camp and beach houses. Because we forget bad boyfriends, missed birthdays and lost bracelets. Because we like to eat, drink and laugh, but we hate to do the dishes afterwards. Because you have better hair, but I can karaoke. To celebrate all the reasons that bring us together. And because we think middle sisters sometimes deserve a little extra attention. This wine's for you. Share it with a sister soon.
Not bad, very dry red blend doesn't taste like much Zin is in there, more Merlot than anything
bacon, smoke and old leather.
gross, bacony, not good at all
A solid B (B+ depending on your mood, company and if you paid no more than $12). Definitely recommend letting it breathe before the first glass, but it's a nice table wine for a weekday night.
Actually a very nice, smooth table red with a slight sweetness.
Best red I have ever tasted. Nice smooth taste.
it had a bite at first....let it aerate .....great with pasta and rich food ... a triple blend every bit as good as menage a' trois(the wine that is) and at a good price ...got a 90 rating !!! Try it....I'll be trying the whole line up...and it has a great story behind it....probably needs more exposure...did see it carried at Target....don't be fooled!!!
