Characteristics: a fragrant bouquet with marked notes of fresh fruit (peach and apricot), typical are the hints of clary and meringue. On entering the mouth it is smooth and delicate, the finish is characterised by fresh and lively notes that make it inviting and never nauseating.


Life cycle: to appreciate its aromas to the utmost, it is best to drink it within two years of the harvest.
Serving temperature: 8-9° C.
Accompaniments: fresh fruit (ideal with strawberries and peaches), dry fresh pastries.
