The colour is straw yellow with green highlights; to the nose it is intense and aromatic, with scents of green apple and citrus. The palate is fruity and tasty, lightly bubbly, with long and pleasant aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif or with cold and tasty dishes based on crayfish, fish or white meats.
Oak and apple aromas. Flavors of honey, slightly floral, lightly oaked wine with medium acidity and a finish of baked pears.
Sour grassy aroma, with wet hay and wool, and mango. Very light body, but the butteriness holds it together, giving it good length.
citrus, lemon, grapefruit characteristics with small hints of vanilla. Some oak on the finish. Interesting, rounder quality unlike other Pinot Grigios I've drank
Soft lemon mineral nose. Moderate acidity, bready, soft. Not much of a standout to me.
Round, buttery nose with a strikingly emollient feel. Very oaky for a Pinot Grigio. Creamy finish on key lime pie. Too soft, buttery and dominated by the oak for me.
