Meh. Not as good as other Moscats. This one is 11.5% alcohol; rather dry with a taste of unripe peaches. A good Muscato should be sweet & fragrant just like the grape (some have a slight fizz). I tried mixing it with 7up. But I think I'll make seafood crepes with this instead.

too sweet to drink...tried this in the morning and it did not work with me...If you like sweet wine go for it!

Perhaps I bought a bottle that had been exposed to heat; mine was not at all sweet, tasted more like a chardonnay than moscato, had no redeeming qualities, I actually poured the rest down the drain. Life's too short to drink bad wine, there's a reason this was so inexpensive.

This From Wine Enthusiast Magazine's European Winery of the Year 2009, is a super value. Balanced with bright acidity because the grapes come from the cool climate vineyards in the foothills of Northern Italy's Dolomite Mountains, this Moscato is an aperitif extraordinaire. Intense notes of tropical fruit, white peach and apricot along with zesty baking spice. A hint of sweetness is balanced by lively acidity and notes of bitter almond.
