- "Very fresh aromas of green melon, pepper, mint and charry oak. Sweet and very ripe, with soft apple and pear flavors perked up by spices and harmonious acidity. The yields were very low here considering the tender age of the vines. Incidentally, the syndicat of Meursault asked growers not to put the climat Casse-Tetes on labels until the vines reached ten years of age, so the anarchist Guffens naturally was compelled to indicate his displeasure over receiving a phone call from the authorities...89-91."
