Our newest vintage the 2002 Estate Cabernet is released, and has already been winning much acclaim! This cabernet has an approachable yet traditional . It's fruit frowardness, is balanced by structured tannins. It pairs beautifully with barbequed lamb chops with fresh rosemary, filet medallions and caramelized onions, and is sinfully delicious with dark chocolate.
