94/100
July 2007
Made by Josh Bergstrom in 2004, this is the top selection from three different vineyards including Elton, Skinner and Durant. They are all extremely low-yielding, old-vine properties. A boldly put-together wine. The nose shows complex cherry, pomegranate, espresso, cola berry with licorice, lavender and slate infused meat. The palate is delicately formed with jasmine, rose petal and finely balanced acidity. A real joy.
