This maritime cool climate provides a prolonged gentle autumn and a long slow ripening period, producing pinot noirs marked by fruit flavours, high natural acidity and fine tannins. The vineyard was established with the best available clones in Australia (MV6, 113, 114, 115, 666, 777 & D2V6). Merricks Creek produces pinot noir in very small quantities for its mailing list customers as well as supplying selected restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra Read less
