This was a very interesting yet slightly over rated red blend. For this of you that gave this 4-5 glasses I have to assume that you are also big fans of MJK. This wine had plenty of time to open and had incredible bouquet of spice and red fruits. Immediately after opening and even to the last drop this blend had a spice tone, little fruit, leather and an overly chalky taste. While this is not bad, the price of this more entry level red from Caduceus pisses me off. There is zero history from Arizona for wine making. There is zero history from the winemakers besides what family members have produced for table wine. Somehow, somewhere the purchase price for this bottle was almost $50. Way way over priced. On the high note, it was definitely different and the bottle was beautiful.

a beautiful treat for the palate, but sadly unavailable most places, especially where I live. On a quest to buy some somewhere.

The last of the California Chupacabra. Petite Sirah, Syrah, Cabernet, and Viognier. Bright fruit, but big and bold. Meat eaters delight! This wine is YOUNG. Decant for a minimum of an hour to truly enjoy this one. - Winery ** SOLD OUT **

The 2011 Chupacabra Blanca is sourced from New Mexico and is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Gerwurztraminer, and Vermentino. Citrus and stone fruit aromas with bright acid make this a good pair for the dinner table.

This is Maynard James Keenans ode to new school Tuscan wine making. Predominately Cabernet, Sangiovese, and Merlot, the wine is 100 percent Arizona fruit. The Caduceus Naga has bright and clear aromas of ripe red cherry, cedar, plu
