Winemaker's Notes:

Terry Theise: (barely discernable sweetness) SOMMELIER ALERT! Again my favorite among three fuders; this is an extravagance of slate! Granny Smith crunch, and this apple bites back. Again the sagey-cassis element. Wonderful, and check this out: 102° Oechsle and 29.2g.l. dry extract. Not so 'little' after all.
