perfect summertime grilling wine. seafood, bbq chicken. the sugar and acidity can cut through any grilled food. even burgers. it's easy on the petrol and the finish is like lemonade. it can even be a good ole sipper.

Riesling grapes sourced from multiple vineyard sites to bring in specific aromas and flavors that each site offers. The three Riesling vineyards grapes used in this blend are located within 5 miles of the winery. Luscious aromas of ripe peach, apricot, tangerine and slight beeswax from Botrytis cinerea, the noble rot, are complemented by the ripe peach and apricot flavors that contribute nice volume and weight to this wine with a balanced finish between a slight sweetness and acidity. - David Forsyth, Winemaker

Riesling grapes grown in Washington State's cooler Yakima Valley appellation produce a brisk, tangy and refreshing wine. Flavors and aromas of apricot, peach and tangerine along with the bracing acidity of the Mercer Estates Riesling reflect the unique character of Washington State Riesling. With little less than a percent and a half of residual sugar this Riesling is a bit dryer than many Rieslings and lends itself quite well to food pairings.
