In 1981, two wine-loving psychiatrists established a boutique winery they name Folie a Deux, a French term meaning “A passion shared by two.”  Thirty years later, our shared passion is creating world-class varietal wines from the leading appellations of Sonoma County. Made to be enjoyed upon release, our Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Sonoma County Merlot, Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel embody the perfect fusion of grape variety and growing region.  Showcasing vibrant aromas and flavors, they offer a striking balance of intensity and accessibility.  At Folie a Deux, we think it’s ok to be a little crazy about wine.  After all, we are! It's undeniably fruity and unabashedly easy. It's meant to be quaffed, not analyzed. The White blend brings together citrus and tropical fruit flavors with crisp acidity. Dare we say it's refreshing? With food or without, alone or with two companions, this is one of the most exhilarating experiences imaginable. - WineryAlcohol: 13.40% v/vTA: 0.65 g/100mlPH: 3.33RS: 1.2 g/100ml

Each appellation partner in our 2011 Ménage à Trois Chardonnay contributes a distinctive quality to the finished blend: crisp, lemon and lime aromas from Monterey; vibrant, tropical fruit flavors from Santa Barbara; and beautiful structure from Mendocino. The resulting Chardonnay is balanced, welldefined and absolutely satisfying on the finish. - WineryVarietal information:52% Monterey County Chardonnay40% Santa Barbara County Chardonnay8% Mendocino County ChardonnayAlcohol: 13.5% v/vTA: 0.53 g/100mlPH: 3.5RS: 0.7 g/100ml
