Has a bright, ruby red colour; an intense bouquet, fragrant with elegant scents of blackberries and raspberries and recalls of violets and Florentine iris; the taste is dry, full, harmonious, slightly tannic with an elegant and long aftertaste of toasted almonds and fruits of the forest. Food matches: Mixed grilled meats, poultry, lamb, kid and pecorino cheese.
