Mcwilliam's Hanwood Estate Pinot Noir Pinot Noir 2008

Member Review by Amanda Schuster:

For a new world pinot, this is pretty well balanced between fruit and earth, but more dry than fruity. Dark cherry flavors with a hint of chocolate and coffee, decent tannins.

Strong cherry and blackberry. Tastes of cherry and vanilla with a smooth finish.

Very dry. Bigger tannin than usual for a pinot that I am used to. Spice, wood and red berries.
