Once you have experienced this wine your mouth will water every time you ponder the memory of it. Huge black and red fruits burst through a palate laced with white pepper spice. Black cherry, raspberry and blackberry surge around the palate while the elegant spice ensures that this wine can satisfy the most finicky connoisseur at a very affordable price. Try this red with peppered steak or Black Angus burgers, or drink it like a meal itself.

Ripe and oaky, with blueberry and cola flavors wrapped in a wash of coconut and vanilla that finishes with tangy structure. Drink now through 2005.

A simple, rugged wine with flavors of berries, chocolate, herbs and something vaguely oak-like. Itrsquo;s dry and full-bodied.

Fragrant and spicy, with beef, black cherry, cola and toasty oak character. Modest tannin, cedar and cassis tones linger. Drink now through 2007.

A dark, fruity wine, very ripe, packed with blackberry, plum, pepper and tobacco flavors. Dry, and a little soft, but with adequate acids. Would get a higher score but for its immature, rustic tannins.

Winemaker's Notes:

Wine Tasting Notes The medium-dark purple color is suggestive of the dark berry fruit scents found in this wine. Blackberry and blueberry are married with vanilla-chocolate oak nuances. Predominant flavors of raspberry and cocoa with round tannins lead to a lingering finish.
