Had a bottle at a restaurant last night, and this bottle had much more cedar than the previous, less sweetly extracted fruit. My home bottle possibly had accelerated ageing due to less than ideal storage? Would recommend opening up 30 mins. before serving, letting it open and soften a bit.

Very good. Plum colored, tending towards violet at the edges. Berry and spice aromas. On the palate there was a lot of sweetness at first, but as it sat in the glass a few minutes you got a taste as though you were eating blueberry preserves off a cedar spoon. Not typical for the varietal, this is a delicious wine with a sweet note that is very appealing.
