Winemaker's Notes:

Dark garnet in color, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon from McManis Family Vineyards is full of dark berry fruit, such as Blueberry, Blackberry and Black Cherry. Oak aging has contributed just a hint of smoke to the nose. The round, creamy wine delivers an abundance of the fruit flavors promised by the olfactory. The fruit and oak are well integrated and the complexity of the wine plays on the tongue long after the wine has been ingested.

Dark ruby color with a floral nose. Full bodied with spice chocolate and blackberry. Soft tannins with a smooth finish . Very enjoyable wine.

Really well done! Round and generous, showing hints of black and blue berries, black currant and dark cherry. Fairly full bodied and fresh, and the oak notes don't show up until the finish. 91pts.

Deep crimson in color, the McManis Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon has pleasant aromas of blackberry, black cherry, black currant, cassis and a hint of tobacco leaf. Oak aging contributes a mild bouquet of mocha and toffee. Once in the mouth, the dark fruits flavors suggested by the nose are abundant in this rich and full wine. The succulence of the finish invites you to enjoy another mouthful.
