Food Pairings for Mckinlay Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
External Reviews for Mckinlay Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Hallelujah! A properly classic Pinot Noir from Oregon with a pocketbook-friendly price! Juicy, filled with currant and summer cherry aromas that follow through on the palate, silky tannins and balanced acidity, this wine is meant for the dinner table or the cellar. Perfect with cranberry sauced Turkey, roast Goose and Mushroom quiche. The vineyard sites in Willamette Valley are rich in volacnic soils and were originally farmed for cherries, apples and nuts until 1989. Today, Pinot Noir is densely planted and the production of this tiny winery remains small. Vine health and hands-on labor are the winery's monikers, yielding exquisite Burgundian styled Pinot year after year.
