Editorial Reviews for Mazzoni Pinot Grigio
Intense and perfumed on the nose with lots of orange oil, peach and pear fruit backed up with gentle suggestions of dusty tree bark and a minty light minty top note. Fruity on entry with a round, fairly rich mouth feel. There's plenty of refreshing acidity supporting the flavors of sweet apple and peach fruit with the wine gaining a nice mineral edge on the backend that drives the long, firm, green apple finish which shows flashes of raw nut meat and fine green spice notes. Rich and fairly zesty.
