Mazzocco Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley Serracino 2008
Farmed by the Serracino Family, this highly prized 80-year-old head-trained Dry Creek Valley vineyard produces stellar Zinfandel. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfined.
