Mazzocco Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley Maria 2009
This beautifully terraced vineyard overlooking the heart of Dry Creek Valley yields extraordinary fruit. It's an outstanding site for growing Zinfandel, yielding fruit-forward sumptuous, full-figured wines. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfined.
