Mazzocco Zinfandel Alexander Valley Stone Ranch 2008
This Zinfandel is made from traditionally farmed grapes on the Stone Ranch in Alexander Valley, from old-vine cuttings. The resulting wine represents a classic warm-climate Zinfandel, demonstrating rich fruit-forward flavors with a firmly structured core. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
