Vintage: 1999

Possibly the best Vino De La Tierra. The 2004 is quite magnificent; too good to describe. On a par and if not better than Contandor 2005 (100 rating in 2008 Parker review). The Crianza version, the base wine of this seller that goes as simply 'Mauro' is also excellent and to compare value for money it is unbeatable. To be so bold to say that this wine is the best I have ever had and I will put the remains of my case to ground. I am visiting the grower shortly and you would be advised to stock on 2007 when it comes to the market in 2010/2011. Excellent in all aspects.
