Bodegas Mauro S.A. a small wine industry, was founded in 1980 in the little castilian town of Tudela de Duero. From the beginning the wine cellar has been distinguished for its aged wines and small production. The manufacturing and maturing process takes place in a typical 17th century castilian house with cellar. A slow but constant growth has placed Mauro among the best wines on the national market and in a good position for international projection. For the coming years, new investments and a diversification of the product are planed, but always keeping strict control of our vineyard which quarentees distinctive, high quality wines. Our aim is to go further, proclaiming the identity of our vineyard as our own style and make this the key to be different. In the strong beliefs in our signs of identity and the confirmation of our own style, lies the key to mark a difference. We only accept visits from professionals and only with previous appointment. Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
