A distinctive and vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc style exhibiting intense ripe citrus and passionfruit characters. The palate is fresh, zingy and vibrant with a hint of residual sugar that provides an appealing balance to the crisp lingering finish.

If you like a good occasion to celebrate, (and if you're anything like us then we're pretty sure you do), look no f urther than this very bottle of wine. That's right, this bottle of wine marks a very special occasion worth celebrating - it's the 40th vintage of Matua Sauvignon Blanc, and it's a real doozie. Zesty, tropical, citrus fruits are complemented by those famous bitey herbaceous undertones. Crisp, fresh Marlborough acidity balances with great structure and length - a real New Zealand classic. Now if that isn't something to celebrate, we'll bite our tongue! - Winery

Pale yellow-straw color. Varietally expressive aromas of grapefruit, capsicum, licorice, quinine and ginger. Ripe, juicy and brisk, with noteworthy intensity to its grapefruit and fresh herb flavors. Finishes dusty, dry and persistent. Classic Marlborough sauvignon.

Vibrant and fragrant, with a tangy core of lime zest, ruby grapefruit and dried pineapple. Juicy and refreshing on the finish. Drink now.

Light green in colour, passionfruit and citrus fruits fill the nose complimented by complexing flint. The palate is filled with tight passionfruit, melon and lemon fruit. This is all kept in check by the distinctive and chalky Marlborough acidity.
