- ($15) Bright straw. Pungent and grassy nose offers bright grapefruit and quince aromas. Plump but juicy, with ripe apple and pear flavors gaining sweetness with air. Finishes full and long, slightly candied but ultimately fresh. This would pair well with salty or spicy foods.

- Fresh, delicate and slightly floral but still good minerality and attractive texture from a small percentage of partial barrel fermentation. Delicate length.
