Four glasses

This is a light crisp white wine, almost lemon yellow in color. Coming in at 12% alcohol you don't get knocked backwards when you bring the nose to the glass to be greeted with citrus, apple and pear aromas. It delivers to the mouth nice light fruit, maybe some green apple (soft at first but gaining a little bite on the finish) and the pear I got from the nose. Light bodied and refreshing with a medium/short finish it makes for a good relaxing summer sipper. I think it would pair nicely with a pesto dish or a light sandwich.

This wine seemed quite dry, and did not pair well with red meat. It was an alright glass on its own, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

Four and a half glasses

This wine is made from 100% Cortese grapes and is a beautiful pale gold color. It is both soft and crisp with a pleasant stony minerality that features notes of apple and pear on both nose and palate. This delicious white has a lovely, lingering finish and a refreshing aftertaste.
