What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Winemakers Notes

This is our signature wine. It has a lovely grapefruit nose, hinting at citrus and fig nuances. It is wonderfully full and round in the mouth with crispness, great acidity and good balance. This wine is loaded with mouthwatering flavors. Used to adore this SB, but this vintage didn't knock my socks off. Flavors were a bit muted, though the acidity was nice and crisp. Needed food, though, not for sipping on its own.
