Tasting Notes: Red colour referencing the year and the nature of the wine. Aromas of spices and hints of berries. Soft in mouth with fruit tannins well defined . Percentage Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Garnacha del pais 40%, Carinyena 10%, Sirah 10% Growing Climate: A cold winter contrasting with an extremely hot summer, with temperatures reaching 39°C in July. Rain average of 400l/m2 mostly at the end of winter and early spring. Date of Harvest: Early October Vinification Method: 15 days maceration Fermentation at controlled temperature Vinification Temperature: 25°C - 28°C Type of Wood: American French oak Alcohol Percentage: 14.5 % PH: 3.2 Aging Time: 8 months Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 5.5 gr/l
