This is a solid Provencal Rose. It is well balanced, with no component sticking out. It is fun to drink, relatively pale in color, and not too structured. I liked the nose a lot. With it's Grenache dominance, it had strawberry, but a chemical strawberry. It's akin to the smell of the hair on your little sister's Strawberry Shortcake doll back in 1984. It has a really light acidity, and I think it would be good just as an aperitif on the porch before dinner.
