What to Expect

Syrah: One of the few grapes to really be a global success. Rating: 17/20 - As reviewed by Jancis Robinson Spicy, hot, aromatic nose. Only medium weight and still quite tannic with a floral edge reminiscent of the smell of wild broom in spring - honest. I wonder whether there is quite enough weight of fruit in the middle to make this an outstanding vintage?
