"Beautifully done Rhone with earth, great restrained fruit, and lively acidity. This needed about an hour to open up then it became wonderful. Pair it with cold cuts like roast beef or even salami. I had it with a cold cut sandwich and it was pretty good. Definitely considering buying a case. "
