Food Pairings for Mas Bertran Balma
Golden lemon in colour with toast and hints of almonds being baked in an apple pie on the nose. Harmonious balance between the acidity and the delicate mousse. Flavours of nuts and soft, creamy apples. The minimalist label shows that they don't need flare to make an incredible wine. They make two Cavas and they make them well, they're like the cool kids at school that don't need to boast about their achievements. Enjoy with grilled chicken topped with melted chevre over rice.
