User Reviews for Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante
Add your reviewThe perfect sweetness that's not overpowering and blends in just right. Lower tannins makes it enjoyable for those who like a milder wine. It's price sells it for me every time. I can spend $40 on a highly tannic Champagne from France, or $10 on M & R that tastes amazing and never leaves me disappointed.
Everyone pretty much likes this sparkling wine because there's really nothing not to like. For a pretty low price, it always tastes good, it's pretty reliable. I think it's kind of funny that this has been around forever, yet suddenly these sparkling moscato wines are "en vogue". Martini and Rossi Asti spumante has been around forever! It's sweet, so there's no inexpensive wine after taste. It's a great party wine. I can't imagine anyone not liking it. It's kind of a sure thing. It tastes kind of like sparkling apple cider, but with alcoholic content.
I honestly don't think any other is as good as MR asti spumante. I actually get cravings for it! Ok...now I am thinking about it again! And it's only 9 am!

Its aroma will lure you in like a siren?s song, boasting fruity and floral notes. Sparking on the tongue, the natural sweetness of the grapes comes through with full flavor and wonderful texture
Low in alcohol, low in acidity, fresh, fruity and highly aromatic.

One of the largest and best producers of Asti, formerly known as Asti Spumante. The secret of buying good Asti is to buy it fresh (from a store with good turnover-since Asti is always nonvintage). Here youll appreciate its sweet, delicate flavors of melon, peach, apple and grapefruit. Perfect with apple tarts and cream. - W.E. MARTINI & ROSSI® Asti is crafted from 100% handpicked Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in Northern Italy. It is ranked D.O.C.G. (denomination of controlled and guaranteed origin), the highest classification granted to Italian wines. Its aroma will lure you in like a siren's song, boasting fruity and floral notes. Sparking on the tongue, the natural sweetness of the grapes comes through with full flavor and wonderful texture. Recommended for after dinner, pairing with cakes and other desserts or sweet fruits. Ideal for a sparkling cocktail. - Winery
