Martin Codax Albarino Rias Baixas 2014

Winemaker's Notes:

89 points Peñín Guide to Spanish Wine (2016). 88 points Luis Gutierrez (Wine Advocate): Possibly the most popular Albariño from Rías Baixas, the 2014 Martín Códax is also a good example of the lightness of the vintage, which produced a wine of a moderate 12% alcohol and good freshness. It has clean aromas of white fruit and a balsamic touch. The palate is soft and feels quite polished, with integrated acidity and a faint bitterness in the finish. Easy to understand... Drink: 2016-2017. (Apr 2016)
