Wine Tasting NotesInsieme has a spicy, peppery aroma and berry and cherry fruit overtones, combined with a good acid backbone that gives it a rich, full mouth feel. Insieme comes "together" to create a "seamless" pairing with rich, spicy foods, tomato-based sauces, and smoked or grilled meats. Cabernet Sauvignon 26%, Zinfandel 23%, Nebbiolo 18%, Sangiovese 14%, Barbera 11%, Pinot Nero 4% and Petit Verdot 4%.
