Deep inky red color, herbacous watery aromas of concentrated fruit, smooth, buttery, flavors of dried cherries and tomato. Peppery finish. Somewhat perfume-y. (flowery). Pairings: Much like a Petite Syrah, but with fruity notes. Very much like curried fruit. Good for helping things which need butter (steak, etc)
