- The 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon S2, from relatively young vines (1,500 cases produced; 100% Cabernet Sauvignon), exhibits elegance as well as structure, characteristics of this vintage in South Australia. Notes of cedar, spice box, licorice, red currants, sweet black fruits, and toasty oak are found in this plump, rich, graceful, well-delineated Cabernet. Aged in a combination of both new and old French and American oak for 13 months, it should drink well for 5-8 years. -Wine Advocate
