Lovely on the nose with a yeasty tone that along with the cream element on the nose recalls brie cheese. It's alos faintly wood smoky with a touch of ash lurking and gentle wood tones framing the lovely candied pineapple fruit. In the mouth this is wonderfully precise with great depth and purity. The backend is all mineral cut which leads to a long, vibrant finish. Superb stuff! 2010-2024 95pts.

Spices, minerals, ginger, and pears can be discerned in the aromatics of the 2002 Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche. Harvested at 14.1% natural potential alcohol, it is a deep, medium-bodied, sappy wine with an admirably long finish. This is consistentl... Robert Parker. A Chardonnay wine from Burgundy in France. 2002 Domaine Joseph Drouhin Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche 750ml
