Marqués de Griñon Dominio de Valdepusa Emeritus 2000

Member Review by ryanopaz:

Deep dark purple in color with a nose of sweet raspberry and black berry followed by a hint of dusty earth. Rich and soft in the mouth the tannins are fine. Flavors of soft raspberry and mixed spices. 3.5/5 [NR]

Marqués de Griñon:
The Marqués de Griñon estate, in the family since 1292, was the first in Spain to be granted its own D.O. or Denominación de Origen – Spain’s highest vineyard rating. The non-traditional estate wines are from international varietals, using cutting-edge viticulture and winemaking techniques – the results have received international acclaim.
