Color: Deep Garnet / Burgundy. Palate: A rich forward palate of spicy berry fruits leads to a round mid-palate with some dark blackberry and raspberry characters evident. This finely textured wine has a savory elegance balanced by soft tannins. Bouquet: Spicy, sweet berry fruits mix with soft overtones of French oak and raspberries. Food Pairings: Grilled steak teriyaki, lasagne, and pork or chicken dishes.
