Add your reviewMy first true Merlot tasting. Only a touch of pepper on the nose. 2/5 tannins and acid. Very fruity, almost citrusy flavor at the front, with a nice smooth finish and a bit of vanilla in the middle. Went well with chicken in spaghetti sauce...could see pairing with fish in a Caribbean-type sauce or fruits...
