When served at cellar temperature (55 degrees Fahrenheit), you will find our Chardonnay shows the best layering of Gravenstein apple aromas with vanilla, butterscotch and spicy toast notes. Lush, juicy flavors of honeyed apricots are balanced by Meyer lemon zest character. The creamy texture and toasty oak finish will continue to lengthen as the wine relaxes in the bottle.
A bit over the top with the oak, with undertones of gala apple and some dried apricot.
Wonderful caramelized apple aromas, freshly fired creme bruleé, some citrus custard and nice oak spice influence. Zippy on the palate with a nice balance of oak and crisp apple fruit. Some baking spice and vanilla, as well as custard. Nice acid to add crispness to a creamy feel. Tasty and the oak spice and vanilla linger nicely.
