This is a fun drinking wine. It has a somewhat immature taste, like a Noveau; a little sweet but full of flavor. There is a proprietary mix. Taste is deep, bountiful, friuty with a slightly tannic finish, overtones of black cherry. I really like it. I had some with baked salmon topped with Old Bay seasonings on it tonight and it was a great match. However, it's more fun to drink without food. Could go well with....aw damn, it's good just by itself!
