Featuring traditional hand-made, complex & earthy bouquet. The palate is crisp with residual acidity, giving characters of green apples, lime-lemon citrus and subtle tropical fruit flavours, lovely light toasty/smoky French Oak influence. A great wine drinking well now & is developing a generous, smooth mouth-feel with time in the bottle. Match with seafood especially seared scallops & fresh mussels, fish, grilled bbq chicken.
