This sweet Seacute;millon features a high-toned, almost floral note to go with more common aromas of orange peel and dried apricot. The orange and apricot flavors are less heavy and sticky than some other botrytis Seacute;millons, suggesting it might pair well with foie gras or cheeses as well as less intense desserts.

Golden green in color with dried apricot and rose blossom aromas. The palate is rich and luscious with delicious nuts and dried fruit flavors coupled with distinctive citrus overtones. Vibrant and fresh for all its unctuous sweetness; not at all cloying.

Lite golden green in colour the wine has quince and pineapple characters with citrus overtones. The palate is rich and luscious without being cloying with delicious nuts and dried fruit flavours coupled with distinctive Hunter Valley citrus. The wine finishes long and clean with fresh citrus acidity which saves it from being cloying.
