Bright straw color; powerful nose of ripe fruit, wild flowers and acacia flowers. Medium-bodied with instant grip and freshness; dry, balanced and concentrated. Great fruit sensations of green apples. A long finish on the fruit. Delicious. Suitable as an aperitif (chilled) but ideal with white meats (veal, chicken in a creamy sauce) or delicate fish (Dover sole, bass). Best to drink over the next 18 months.
