Marco Negri is a Moscato d’Asti style wine produced in the Piedmont region of Italy. The wine is named for its creator, who established his vineyard in 1993 in collaboration with Donato Lonati. This sparkling wine is known for its balance between sweetness and acidity, with elegant floral aromatics.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
