Marco Felluga Pinot Grigio Collio Mongris 2007
Marco Felluga Pinot Grigio is a rich full-bodied white from the Collio region of Italy. It reveals a smooth richness found only in the Friuli region. It reveals refreshing elements of pear apple and just a hint of citrus with lively acidity. Great for sipping and wonderful with fish.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Enjoyed this crisp, accessible pinot grigio with linguini and clam sauce. Benissimo!

Wine Tasting NotesGolden yellow in color with copper tones depending on the vintage. It presents a fruity and immediate bouquet with a pronounced hint of acacia flowers, broom and apple. In the mouth it is elegantly fruity and becomes fullbodied and well-structured. It has a very persistent finish.
