Slight perfume of violets, dark chocolate, and black cherry, followed by smooth, smoky berry-cherry taste. Not as intense in the aromas and palate as some dolcetta, but a very nice wine nonetheless. Good acidity. Paired well with a variety of foods.

Deep ruby red with orange highlights. This wine possesses an intense rose bouquet with scents of licorice and spice. Full-bodied dry and elegant.
